The Story of KAWAJUN
KAWAJUN was founded in Tokyo in 1974 and has grown into a group of 2,300 people whose work ranges from store fixtures and hotel interiors to the architectural hardware carried by BAMO. The Interior Hardware Division was established in 1991.
The company motto is Design, Technology and Quality: products are developed, engineered and quality-controlled in Japan, with a precision that comes from decades of supplying the country's most demanding retail and hospitality projects.
The range covers lever handles, door pulls, sliding-door hardware, locks, furniture knobs and bathroom accessories. Its signature is the finish system — base and grip finishes such as Blasted Black, Champagne Gold, Rose Gold, Satin Bronze and Chrome Mirror can be combined, so one handle design becomes dozens of expressions.
Collections like Sereno, Dusk, Aquiline, Arkitektonic, Eterno and Neoteric translate Japanese restraint into contemporary hospitality design; a KAWAJUN lever was a Red Dot winner in 2021.
Today KAWAJUN serves projects across Asia, the Middle East and, since 2025, the United States. BAMO brings the full hardware programme to Korea with Korean-language specification support.

사훈은 "디자인, 기술, 품질"입니다. 제품은 일본에서 개발·설계·품질관리되며, 수십 년간 일본에서 가장 까다로운 유통·호스피탈리티 프로젝트에 납품하며 다져진 정밀함이 그 바탕입니다.
레버 핸들, 도어 풀, 슬라이딩 도어 철물, 잠금장치, 가구 손잡이, 욕실 액세서리를 만듭니다. 특징은 마감 시스템입니다. 블라스티드 블랙·샴페인 골드·로즈 골드·새틴 브론즈·크롬 미러 같은 베이스와 그립 마감을 조합할 수 있어, 하나의 핸들 디자인이 수십 가지 표정이 됩니다.
Sereno·Dusk·Aquiline·Arkitektonic·Eterno·Neoteric 같은 컬렉션은 일본적인 절제를 동시대 호스피탈리티 디자인으로 옮깁니다. KAWAJUN 레버 핸들은 2021년 레드닷 수상작이기도 합니다.
